Terms & Conditions

1. Provider

ExpertAutomationOne Kft. (8360 Keszthely, Unterberger utca 18/A, Hungary; Reg.: 20-09-079745; Tax: 32859401-2-20).

2. Scope

These terms apply to all services (industrial automation, electrical design, lightning protection, solar PV) and quote requests submitted via the website.

3. Quotation Process

A quote request via the website does not constitute an order. We prepare a custom quote based on the request. A contract is formed upon written acceptance of the quote.

4. Service Delivery

Delivery timelines are specified in individual contracts. All work is performed according to applicable standards (IEC, EN) and industry best practices.

5. Pricing and Payment

Prices are fixed in individual quotes. Payment terms: as specified in the quote, via bank transfer.

6. Warranty

Statutory warranty per Hungarian Civil Code. PLC/SCADA systems include 24 months free remote support.

7. Intellectual Property

Design documentation and PLC programs remain our intellectual property. Usage rights are granted upon full payment.

Hungarian law applies. Jurisdiction: Keszthely District Court.
